Terms of Service — LiveChat Apps

These terms cover the two LiveChat apps published by Yin Yang Inc. (trading as ClonePartner): PII Masker and CSV Validator. They sit alongside our main Terms of Service.

Cost

Both apps are free. There is no trial, no paid tier, and no charge at any point.

What you may do with them

Install them on any LiveChat account you administer, and use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial work. You do not need our permission and there is no seat limit.

What they do not do

Neither app connects to your LiveChat account, requests any authorization scope, or makes any network request once loaded. See the privacy policy for how to verify that yourself.

Your responsibility for the output

These are tools, and their output is your file. In particular:

• PII Masker replaces the personal data it recognises. It recognises a defined set of data types using patterns and column names, which is effective but not exhaustive. Free-text fields in particular can hold personal data in forms no pattern matches. Review masked output before sending it outside your organisation — do not treat masking as a substitute for that review.
• CSV Validator reports the problems it can see in the structure of a file. A file it passes may still be rejected by a specific importer for reasons only that importer knows, such as a mandatory field or a value your destination will not accept.

No warranty

The apps are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from their use, including loss of data or the consequences of sharing a file. If you are working with data whose disclosure would be serious, check the output before you rely on it.

Availability

We may change, suspend or withdraw either app at any time. If an app is withdrawn from the Marketplace we will say so on this site. Because the apps run entirely in your browser and hold no data, withdrawal costs you nothing beyond the app itself.

Support is by email at support@clonepartner.com. These are free tools and we do not offer a service level, but we do read and answer the mail.

These terms are governed by the law stated in our main Terms of Service.
