Terms of Service — Freshworks Apps

These terms cover the two Freshworks Marketplace apps published by Yin Yang Inc. (trading as ClonePartner): PII Masker and CSV Import Checker.
Licence
Both apps are provided free of charge for use within your own Freshworks account, for as long as they remain listed. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish them.
What they are for
They are tools that operate on a file you supply. They are not a data processor: no data reaches us, so we hold none on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
- Check the output before you rely on it. Masking is pattern-based, and no pattern set is exhaustive — review a masked file before sharing it outside your organisation.
- Keep the re-identification key private. It reverses the masking completely.
- Treat CSV Import Checker's report as advice, not a guarantee. It checks the rules the two products document; it cannot see your account configuration, and a clean report is not a promise that an import will succeed.
No warranty
The apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that masking will render data unidentifiable in every context, nor that a file passing the checker will import without error.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yin Yang Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the apps, including data loss, failed imports, or disclosure of information from a file you shared.
Changes
We may update these terms alongside a new version of either app. The current version is always at this URL.
